High temperature flue gas boiling furnace

Main Features

Strong adaptability of fuel: It can burn bituminous coal, anthracite coal, lean coal, lignite, coal gangue, oil shale, and even burn residual coal slag of>1500 kcal/kg, greatly reducing transportation and achieving the purpose of local materials.
Uniform temperature, stable operation, conducive to the improvement of product technology, high degree of automation,
Greatly reducing the labor of workers, the thermal efficiency can reach over 95%.
The fuel is fully burned, with a burnout rate of over 98%, while the fluidized substances SOx and nitrides
NOx is mainly emitted from ash and does not pollute the atmosphere.
Comprehensive utilization of ash and slag, with a boiling furnace combustion temperature of around 900 ℃. The ash and slag have not undergone high-temperature melting process, good activity, low carbon content, and are excellent admixtures for cement.
The furnace can be shut down and the fire can be suppressed for up to 80 hours, saving a lot of firewood for ignition and increasing production efficiency by 10-15%.
